Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper and Nickel Sponsors receive varying levels of appropriate visibility at the Meeting. Some of the benefits include:

• Gaining extensive marketing exposure and branding to your target audience and including your company literature in delegate packs
• Showcasing new products and services at your exhibition stand
• Receiving intensive exposure prior to, during and after the Meeting

LUNCHTIME SYMPOSIA

Lunchtime Symposia hosted by trade/sponsor as an additional opportunity

• Royalty fee of R15,000– your brand receives exposure by being slotted in the programme.
• Your would be allocated to an existing conference venue, fully equipped with standard Audio-Visual.
• Anything additional would be for your own expense – e.g. catering, satellite feeds for video conferencing, etc.
• You will be allowed to insert an invitation to your lunchtime satellite symposium in the delegate pack at no charge.
• We would distribute one electronic invitation to your satellite symposium to all registered delegates before the conference starts.
• Delegates do not pre-book and access would be on a first come first served basis.
• The company/symposium hosts can hand out promotional material and gifts to those who attend your symposium.
• The company/symposium hosts must control access to their symposium and collect information on the attendees themselves (e.g. by having an attendance register, requested business cards, etc.)
