Registration Terms and Conditions

  1. Access to and attendance at the conference will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
  2. Payment is due prior to the start of the Conference. In the event of there being limited number of delegates, preference will be given to persons who have paid their registration in full.
  3. All early bird fees must be paid by the closing date of the early bird time period. Failure to pay the early bird fee by such date, will be liable for the standard registration fees.
  4. All standard fees must be paid by the closing date of the standard time period (31 May 2014). Failure to pay the standard fee by such date, will be liable for the full registration fees.
  5. Delegates who have booked prior to the start of the conference and have not paid will be liable to pay at the on site registration fee rates before being allowed entry into the conference.
  6. An invoice with the Conference bank details will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of your registration.
  7. Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, and once the payment has cleared and been identified in the Conference bank account.
  8. Proof of payment is to be emailed or faxed to Shelley-Anne Abrahams, [email protected] / F: 11 463 3265.
  9. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for, with their unique PIN number. (Name, Surname, PIN number).
  10. All payments must be made payable to IMA 2014.
  11.  Registrations are transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.
  12. Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible to cover the bank charges. The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the conference bank account. Should this not be the case, the delegate will need to pay the difference in cash on site before being allowed toparticipate in the Conference .
  13. Online Registration will close on Friday, 22 August 2014.

 

Cancellations and Termination of Registrations

  1. On completion of this application you will be liable for the full amount of the registration fees subject to the cancellation conditions below.
  2. All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat.([email protected])
  3. Cancellations received before 30 June 2014 will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.(or the amount of the administration fee whichever is the greater amount).
  4. Cancellation received between 1 July and 31 July 2014 will receive a 50% refund.
  5. No refunds will be issued for cancellation received after 1 August 2014.
  6. All refunds due will only be issued after the Conference.
  7. Any registrations received after 1 August 2014 will not be entitled to any refund or credit, and such person will be liable for the full registration fee as per point (1) above.
  8. The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund.

 

I confirm I will take out personal insurance required for participation in the field trips and I will not hold the organisers responsible for any injury, death or loss/damage to property
